I have a warm and inquisitive nature and understand the importance of building a good therapeutic relationship. I provide a safe and respectful space taking a collaborative approach with clients and encouraging people to build on their own resilience and resources.

I offer generic counselling and specialist counselling, working from welcoming, comfortable and private rooms in central Exeter.

Sometimes life is challenging and people can feel confused lost and in pain. I feel passionate about supporting people through what can be truly difficult times.

I aim to enable people to gain hope, purpose and motivation, working towards establishing the changes we can make but also accepting the things we cannot change

I will be there beside you, helping to empower you to start understanding problems with more clarity and to develop skills to overcome difficulties.
